Interim C-level profiles and expertise

Our network brings together more than 130 interim executives, selected one by one for their track record, their references and their values. Each has run a function, a business unit or a company, and knows what it takes to step into an organisation mid-stream, take operational responsibility and leave it in better shape than they found it.

This page shows what the network covers, by function, by situation and by sector, so you can see quickly whether the profile you need is within reach.

By function

Not every leadership gap calls for a CEO. The network covers the full range of C-level roles.

Interim CEO and General Manager

Steady leadership when a seat falls empty, a succession is under way or a turnaround cannot wait.

Interim COO

The operational backbone for companies that have outgrown the way they were organised: decision rights, processes, delivery.

Interim CFO

Financial leadership that looks ahead, not only back: cash planning, profitability, relations with lenders and investors.

Commercial and digital leadership (CSO, CRO, CMO, CTO)

Sales, marketing and technology functions rebuilt on structure rather than on one person's network.

Other functions

Human resources, legal, transformation and more are available on request. Tell us what you need and we will tell you honestly whether the network can meet it.

By situation

What matters most in an interim mission is rarely the industry on a CV. It is whether the executive has handled your kind of situation before.

Succession and transmission

Bridging the gap between two generations of leadership.

Turnaround and restructuring

Stabilising cash and operations when time is short.

Integration after an acquisition

Making sure what was bought works as promised.

Setting up a subsidiary

Opening a local entity without managing every partner from abroad.

Growth beyond the founder

When a business has outgrown the structure it was built on.

By sector

Our position is simple: fit with the situation matters more than familiarity with the sector. The exception is regulated industries, where sector experience becomes a requirement rather than a preference. There, the network offers executives who have already worked under the same supervisory rules.

Beyond regulated industries such as financial services, insurance and healthcare, members of the network have led businesses in industry and manufacturing, technology, retail and consumer goods, logistics, energy, real estate and the public sector.

Languages and geography

Executives in the network work in English and French, and a significant part also in German or Dutch. They are based mainly in Luxembourg, Belgium, France and Germany, and many accept cross-border mandates across Europe.

What the profiles have in common

More than half have fifteen years or more of C-level experience.

Almost three in four have worked in a regulated industry.

Four in five list turnaround among their specialisations, and more than sixty list succession and transmission.

Their experience spans family-owned businesses, PE-backed companies, scale-ups and listed groups.

How it works

  1. We listen. A confidential conversation about your situation.

  2. We propose. A short list of profiles chosen for your situation, not a stack of CVs.

  3. You decide. You meet the executives you are interested in and choose.
