Want to become an interim CEO?

Kitsune Advisory connects interim CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CTOs and other senior executives with companies navigating critical transitions in Luxembourg and beyond. Here is what we are looking for.

  • You need to have at least 15 years of experience as a CEO, with a successful track record managing growth, turnaround or transition projects — start-up, acceleration, digitalisation, M&A, reorganisation, restructuring — with tangible results.

  • A significant board experience is also essential, as some missions require taking a seat or even the chair on a board. Solid skills in board governance and stakeholder management are strategic assets.

  • You can be an all-rounder or a specialist in one specific sector. At Kitsune Advisory, we encounter any kind of sector and it is necessary that our portfolio covers all scenarios.

  • Kitsune Advisory does not offer employment contracts. As an Affiliated Partner, you remain an independent professional who can be contacted for ad hoc temporary missions as Interim CEO. Kitsune Advisory acts solely as an intermediary between its clients and you.

  • We consider empowering and servant leadership as the cornerstone of our management values. CEOs should be people leaders, not only spreadsheet and slides managers. Commitment to sustainability principles is another prerequisite.

  • The interim CEO maintains an impeccable professional reputation, acts with integrity, and upholds confidentiality, independence, and compliance standards at all times.

We are also looking for Equity Partners — subject to approval by existing Equity Partners — to strengthen our portfolio of Interim CEOs on a permanent basis and to develop Kitsune Advisory as a leading institute in CEO Interim Management in Luxembourg and beyond.
